Packaging

Vigilant, Inc. takes careful consideration when packaging our product for safe delivery to its final destination. Vigilant, Inc. inspects all packages prior to their departure, but some damage in transport may occur. Therefore, it is important that you carefully inspect all packaging upon receipt of your order. If the package shows exterior damage, please have the driver note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing approval. Please open and inspect all product pieces for concealed damage, as soon as possible, and report the damage to Vigilant, Inc. immediately. All damage claims must be made within 14 days of delivery to insure no extra charges.

• Shipping methods vary by product.
• Cigar cabinets larger than the Guardian 1500 are delivered by common carrier.
• Delivery rates for custom products, and cigar cabinets larger than our Guardian 1500 are quoted through your Sales Consultant.
• Expedited delivery is available on most products for an additional charge.
• For International shipping, please call for quotes and transit times. Vigilant, Inc. will handle customs clearance, but the customer is responsible for all taxes and duties.
